Springflex Reinforced Braided Hose

Springflex braided food quality hose is manufactured from two layers of soft PVC compound.
This heavy duty hose is extremely tough and flexible and is designed for the suction and delivery of liquid foodstuffs in arduous applications.

Applications
Suitable for the suction and delivery of water, slurries, granules, foodstuffs and dilute chemicals.
Springflex is ideally suited to higher pressure applications in the agricultural, food processing, plastics handling, marine and construction industries.
Springflex is UV compounded to resist atmospheric conditions and is ideally suited to external applications.

Construction
High tensile carbon steel wire and high tensile polyester fibres encapsulated in two layers of PVC with a smooth inside wall.
PVC is manufactured from FDA approved ingredients.

Colour
Clear with a black stripe.
Other colours are available subject to a minimum order quantity.

Size Range
Internal diameter – 13mm (1/2″) to 50mm (2″).

Length
10 Mtr, 20 Mtr and 30 Mtr (larger sizes30 Mtr only)

Temperature Range
-10^oC to + 55^oC
