Refund policy

To request a return, please email sales@hoseshop.net or call 01423 712038 with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. We will issue you an RMA number. Please do not send anything back before you have one.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch for a full refund.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us by email of your intention to return the order, along with a reason for cancellation. We will refund the price of the goods less a 15% handling charge, as long as the goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition.

The cost of returning your items must be paid by you.

What we cannot accept back

We cannot accept the return of hoses ordered in specially, meaning products not listed on our website, or hoses cut to your specific length requirements.

Faulty or defective goods

Goods returned because they are faulty or defective must be returned to us in the condition you received them. For UK and EU customers we will pay the carriage costs for returning the items to us. For customers outside the EU you will need to pay the return carriage costs.
