Anti-Static Polyurethane Ducting

• High flexibility Polyurethane ducting hose, reinforced with a rigid crush resistant grey PVC helix.
• Manufactured from polyether polyurethane offering excellent resistance to hydrolysis.
• It is tough, flexible and extremely durable under normal operating conditions.
• The cross section is maintained even when highly flexed.
• Minimum friction loss is achieved by the smooth bore.
• A nine strand copper wire, coated with polyurethane is bonded to the outside of the hose, enabling the discharge of static electricity.

Manufactured in the UK by Griflex.

Applications: In abrasive applications on industrial vacuum cleaners and for the extraction of fumes, grit, sugar, grain, wood chippings and sawdust.

Construction: Grey rigid crush resistant anti-shock PVC spiral helix encapsulated in a clear flexible Polyurethane cover, with a smooth inside wall, with a nine strand copper wire, coated with polyurethane bonded to the outside of the hose, enabling the discharge of static electricity.

CPU Polyurethane Ducting is manufactured from FDA approved ingredients and is non-toxic.
